Brothers, Zach(left) and Jason(right) Francis, are nationally recognized entrepreneurs, prior hosts for the straight-to-series reality HGTV TV Show Tiny Luxury, Real Estate Developers and Builders, web3 and AI investors, beekeepers, brand and web designers, sailors, adventurers, and family men.
They've acquired and started dozens of businesses, with multiple exits, while simultaneously building a substantial real estate portfolio. Most recently they made history with the very first NFT real estate transaction on the Bitcoin Liquid network as well as the first real estate transaction via NFT in Latin America.
The brothers are happily married to their respective wives and live with their combined total 8 children (4 kiddos each!) on the same street.
We're Zach and Jason.

Together, we develop real estate, launch startups, sail the seven seas, invest in AI and web3, design websites and brands, acquire companies, surf remote breaks, co-host an HGTV TV Show, and adventure with our growing families (four kids each!).
